About this house rental
Emma's Dream 30A is a beautiful newly remodeled 4 Bedroom/3 bath home tucked away just south of Highway 30A in the highly desirable neighborhood of Summer's Edge in Seagrove Beach, FL. The neighborhood has two community pools (heated) which are a 2-3 minute walk and a deeded beach walkover which is just a 5 minute walk from the house. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this relaxing beach home. The quiet streets make this neighborhood very popular for families with kids of all ages. While our home has been on the rental market for a few years, we recently decided to manage the house ourselves. We take great pride in making our home a relaxing environment that will welcome you and make you want to stay forever! No one cares for their home and treats their guests better than the actual owner. We are also able to cut out a lot of unnecessary hidden fees that property managers charge guests. Emma's Dream is in a very close vicinity to 30A and Seaside, making for fun biking adventures. The house has three separate outdoor spaces, including a large screened in porch, allowing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the cool gulf breezes.
Guests are welcomed by an open living area that epitomizes 30A's laid back attitude. The first floor is home to the newly remodeled kitchen and living room. There is dining space for nine and seating for six on the couches and chairs. The quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances make for a sleek and functional kitchen that is well stocked with all the necessities to enjoy a meal at home. A screened-in porch and outdoor table and chairs add extra living space and open up the first floor. We also have a gas grill located outside for your use. The first floor master bedroom has a king sized bed with a new iComfort mattress and a spa bathroom with an huge shower with rain head and a jetted tub.
The second floor has another living/sitting area with a flat screen TV which is Netflix ready and has a Nintendo Wii connected for the kiddos. A Queen Suite with a private balcony, in addition to an in-suite full bathroom, is on one end of the second floor. A bunk room with adjacent jack and jill style bathroom connected to another room with two twin beds is on the other end of the second floor. There is a huge balcony off of the second floor with a bench swing for relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze.
The two community pools (one heated Nov-March) located in Summer's Edge provide the guests with a quick way to cool off and relax.

BOOKING POLICY
*A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking. Checks or credit cards are accepted for payment. If using a credit card an additional 3% surcharge will apply.
* Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
* With the exception of a cancellation fee ($150), deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given at least 60 days prior to arrival date.
*Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST
*Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST
* Must be 25 years old or older to rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have one adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.

Our recent family vacation stay at Emma's Dream was such a treat! The property's proximity to the beach and two pools set the stage for our family of 9 to spend plenty of quality time in both places. The house was clean, attractive and well-furnished with everything that we could possibly need to make our stay pleasant. Even with 2 babies and 7 adults, everyone was able to find space for important "alone time" when it was needed! We found it spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and sleeping area. The screened in porches were definitely favorites!
I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the owners. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to assure that we had everything we needed. We have never experienced such true hospitality from vacation rental owners. That alone is enough to make us rent from them again if/when we return to the Seagrove area. The doughnuts they sent on the first morning were a perfect example. Before, during and after our stay, they were available and truly cared if we enjoyed our trip. This property is the kind that you'd want to revisit and the owners the kind of folks you'd want as friends.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Emma's Dream! The house was beautiful, very clean and located in a great neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. The house also had a large sitting area in the kitchen/den so everyone could comfortably hang out and talk while in the same room. The beach was a very short walk down the street, and the heated pool was perfect for this time of year. We would definitely stay at Emma's Dream again. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Emma’s Dream was the perfect getaway! It's a short walk to the pool & beach. The mornings were a little cool, but the heated pool was a great surprise. We cooked several full meals and enjoyed the gas grill. There’s plenty of room for a large family. It was so nice to have a screened porch & rocking chair for my mom. The owners have thought of everything! Our favorite places to eat were Stinky’s and Louis Louis! You must rent a bike & enjoy the nearby scenery and shops. I can’t wait to come back for some more R&R!!
