No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Blue Crab Villa at Seaview Villas on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

When we arrived to check in, our door code did not work. I called the number given several times but was only allowed to leave a message. After a while I sent a text and someone called me. This wasn’t how I wanted to start our vacation after driving 8 hours and groceries in the car. After we got through this, we enjoyed our stay. Would have felt safer with double locks on the doors.

Our stay was great! Kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the rooms and living space were nice! The walk to the beach was easy, and it was nice to have 2 chairs and the umbrella available too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and having it be private was key. The condo was comfy and cozy. The only very small minor annoyance was the humming of the under counter lights in the kitchen. Everything else was fantastic.
