About this house rental
This beautiful beach home is in Seagrove nestled between the communities of Seaside and Rosemary Beach along the emerald waters of Hwy 30A. Everything you could want in a seaside experience awaits you in this ample 2500 square foot home tucked within Cassine Village, one of Seagrove’s best family-oriented neighborhoods. This vacation home has been lovingly cared for and we know you will feel right at home the moment you walk through the French doors.
With 3 large bedrooms on the second floor and master on the main floor, this house has the perfect layout for your extended family and guests. The oversized living area is a rarity in this area and seating is ample. A roomy, well-stocked kitchen is a plus along with dining space for 11, a convenient outside shower (that does have hot water!) and laundry room side-entrance. The laundry room also has an extra fridge.
Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor
Bedroom 1 - King bed and TV. En-suite bathroom includes dual sinks and separate shower and tub
2nd Floor
Bedroom 2 - King bed and TV
Bedroom 3 - Twin over full bunk and TV
Bedroom 4 - Twin over twin bunk, twin bed and queen bed. Balcony access.
All upstairs bathroom share 2 hall bathrooms.
All the amenities are offered in this cozy community including swimming in 1 of 2 pools, tennis, basketball and a 5-minute walk along bricked sidewalks to the pristine sands of the Emerald Coast. The kids can explore the nature trail or fish from the bridge over our community pond. And, they can enjoy their bikes along our quiet streets or the family can pedal to Seaside. There are 26 miles of bike/walking trails along Scenic Highway 30A. When it’s time for refreshment, it’s only a short walk for a pizza at Brozini's (best on 30A) or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina’s. Make reservations at Café Thirty-A (also within walking distance) for an upscale dining experience, or bike to Goatfeather’s Seafood for the catch of the day.

The house was clean and great for our family for Christmas. The kitchen seemed well-stocked as well and loved the location where we could walk to the beach, ride bikes, take walks and play pickleball. The only thing we would change was that both the queen beds upstairs were very hard and not very comfortable. All the other beds seemed good.

We loved everything about our stay at Frankly Beach’n! The house is adorable and the location cannot be beat-within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, nature trails and a short trip into Seaside. The layout of the house was perfect for our two families and we used the screened porches every day. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever found in a rental and the extra fridge was a bonus! Benchmark Management was so easy to work with and we are already planning to come back next summer!

We enjoyed a week stay at Frankly Beach’n. Out two families totaling 11 fit perfectly. The location was nice. The home was clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed the big screened in front porch. The only additional recommendations that I would have is more kitchen towels and maybe a stocked griddle and crockpot.
