This home will be perfect for your family vacation in the 30A area! It’s 3 bed/3.5 baths + bunk, loft and 1 car garage. The owners visit often and take meticulous care of their properties. The home has a 1st floor Master suite with king bed and private bathroom. Upstairs you will find two Guest Bedrooms with a Queen bed and an attached private bathroom. The loft is upstairs as well featuring a twin bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa. The bright kitchen features white shaker cabinets, granite countertop, built-in GE Café appliance package w/gas cooktop and a chimney style hood, subway tile backsplash and under the cabinet lighting.There's a gorgeous homesite facing the pond and preserve which is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach.

The house was as expected, but the bikes were not. I was able to call the property manager and get it resolved within 24 hours. The property folks were very helpful, but did not call back to confirm plans as they said they would. But the new rental bikes showed up promptly. We loved the neighborhood and short bike ride to the beach! The pool and community pool (gathering place) was nice. We used the state park trails for hiking and biking.

Awesome place and very covenient to everything resteraunts and beach area.
And a resort style pools a d hot tub area.

Cleaning was very deficient especially under current C19 situation. This was more important after we paid the cleaning fee as part of the rental. We have used other houses in the same neighborhood that were much much cleaner than this thanks for listening
