In addition to the amenity-rich Gathering Place, you’ll have access to the Lilly Lane beach trail, and the 15,000-acre Point Washington State Forest. And right next door? Basketball and pickleball courts, so the kids can play while you kick back on the porch.
Inside, the open living space is stylish and comfy. The first bedroom is a primary suite with a king bed, private bath, and a smart TV for lazy movie nights. The kitchen has GE Café appliances and all the essentials for whipping up your favorite meals. With seating for eight at the dining table, plus more at the island and on the patio, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
Upstairs, you’ll find a lounge with a daybed and twin trundle, perfect for chill time. Step out onto the screened-in balcony where the whole family can relax. The place is great. Wonderful furnishings, very nice community. Only negative was tvs- there were no instructions and each tv has a different platform (youtub tv, netflix, etc). It say cable but there is no cable. Other than, it was awesome. Would stay again

This was our third stay in the Nature Walk neighborhood and the first time to stay at Maresea. We were there the week leading up to the Memorial Day weekend. The house was excellent. We were a little hesitant to book at first because we thought it might be loud being that it is next to the pickle ball court. But we were so glad we did stay there. It turned out to be really fun being next to the court. We could easily check on when the court was available. It was not loud at all (also, the courts are not lit at night so they are not in use past dusk) And it was fun to watch others play from the back porch. The house had a lot of room, was nicely furnished, and we really enjoyed the screened in porches. Also, the management company was very nice to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time staying in NatureWalk and we really enjoyed our time at MareSea. It was exactly as described online. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had ample space and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had is that we had ordered something to be delivered and didn't realize it would be delivered to a mailbox we didn't have access to. It took a couple of phone calls until we finally got word to call the post office directly to see if we could meet the person delivering the mail the following day to retrieve our package. It worked out and had nothing to do with our stay, but just something to note if you're having anything mailed to the house. Also, if you're staying in the bedroom downstairs, be aware that you WILL be waking up to people playing pickleball in the morning right outside of your room. I highly suggest playing "white noise" from your phone or bringing a sound machine if you don't want to wake up that way. It worked for us. The bikes provided and the beach equipment was so nice to have. We had such a wonderful week of making memories at MareSea!
