A beautiful cottage south of 30A in Seagrove Beach, is gleaming with modern, yet classic updates all around. You are just across from the public access to Eastern Lake and short bike ride or walk to the beach and includes a large community pool. With this central location you are minutes from every activity imaginable for your 30A vacation.

3 Mermaids Haven is a 2-story home with open concept living and dining on the 1st floor. Enjoy multiple outdoor spaces to soak up the Florida sunshine. Grab a cup of coffee (drip coffeemaker) in the morning and head outside to listen to the birds and the breeze which includes multiple outside seating options. If you're lucky you can grab some fresh citrus just outside the back door.
Cook up an amazing BBQ feast on the charcoal grill. Inside, you will find 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with the laundry. This is a perfect space for 2 families, a large family, or a girls' getaway to stretch out and enjoy some much-needed relaxation.

Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs the length of 30A -- hop on just around the corner. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.
Beach Access:
Take a left from the front door onto Lakewood Drive. Follow Lakewood until Beachfront Trail and turn right. There is a public parking lot here as well. Down the end of Beachfront Trail is your beach access, Walton Dunes.
Distance: .5 miles | Time: 9 minutes walking
The beach access features parking, a bike rack, and effortless entry to the sand – no stairs! The community also features public park access to Eastern Lake for paddle boarding, fishing, or kayaking.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

This was our annual Framily trip (friends and family) and our first time staying in a Benchmark property. We truly enjoyed our vacation! From the moment I booked the trip up to leaving, they were very accommodating and helpful! They made us feel like it was really home away from home. We will totally stay in another one of their properties again!

Benchmark Management, property management company, was easy to deal with and very helpful.
The location of this property is great in terms of proximity to things to do at Seagrove. Be aware that beach access requires some planning. It is an easy bike ride away, but there is no close parking.
The property fronts Lakewood Dr which can be fairly busy but it is still pleasant to sit on the front porch or front balcony.
There is a very small backyard which has old and uncomfortable furniture which was unusable for us. Also, it was overgrown with weeds and was not a pleasant place. Also, the small backyard of the house behind is very close, so really no privacy.
The house itself was nice but needs some maintenance. I have documented a curling rug corner which is ugly and a tripping hazard, sticky and dirty mat in front of the sink, bathroom towel racks that are about to fall off the wall, and loose toilet paper holders. I am passing all of these items along to Benchmark Management to address.
Assuming they are addressed, we would stay at this property again.
