It was a cozy place. The host was amazing and so helpful upon check in. Great quiet place in nature. Highly recommend this location for a quiet get away.

Reggie met me in person to give me a tour and explain everything with the cabin. He was very courteous and kind and answered all my questions. I was there for a family funeral, and this cabin was absolutely perfect for me, it was very nostalgic and reminded me of my childhood and memories of my parents growing up. The beds were very comfortable; there was a fan for every room which was awesome. The hot tub was nice to use. The kitchen was stocked very well with everything you could need. The decor was so perfect for me and loved looking at everything! I will definitely book again and hopefully for a vacation next time.

I need to say that this was not the cabin we expected for the premium price we paid. We had a good time, the owner was nice and accommodating, however the cabin could use some really big cleaning. It’s jammed with little things like hundreds of dolls and little things all over the place. That made us think about the cleaning process and we had concerns with dust and places inside that it’s impossible to clean and dust. Also the carpet was super old and nasty looking. We all thought what could be underneath the carpet. Also the kitchen was very dated and not clean, we found dishes and utensils that were never washed after use, which it was disgusting. If you have a little kid and you go to this place, it would be a horrible choice! The lift was very nice to use, however it wasn’t working properly and we almost got stuck one time because it stopped in the middle. Luckily our friends were in the cabin and we call them so they activated the lift. We paid to use the so called pontoon (platform with plastic chairs basically). It was ok, however the motor was struggling with 4 people on board. Overall we made the best out of everything, but wouldn’t go back to this place if we have a chance. I am trying to be fair and express our group concerns sos other people know what to expect. I did not have an impression that we will be somewhat disappointed from reading the reviews. They all were great and cheerful for some reason. Our experience was different and not so great!
