The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room, featuring modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. We had a wonderful weekend stay with our family of 5. The home had a cozy and comfortable layout, with very comfortable accommodations for sleeping, a well equipped kitchen and beautiful and clean bathroom. We brought our dog and the large fenced backyard was a dream! The front porch had warm afternoon sun and was a great place for an afternoon snack or relaxation. The location was convenient and close to a really cool downtown. we were very pleased with our stay and would certainly stay again next time we are in town.

We had reached to property manager two months in advance of our stay to share our concerns about a review we found of his property. The review mentioned the backyard was a mess and needs landscaping and they should remove the broken toilet. The property manager assured us he didn’t know why the review mentioned a broken toilet so we felt like ok he confirmed that the yard wasn’t bad & didn’t have broken toilet so we kept our reservation. We also reached out right before our stay to ask about backyard chairs because the weather was going to be perfect to sit outside in the sun.
We showed up April 12th and we were so excited to hangout side. To our shock, the backyard was anything but inviting. Side of garage facing the yard has rotting boards ready to come off, piles of junk …including the broken toilet we asked about and misc. other run down junk.
We reached to property manager to express our concerns since he wasn’t truthful to us about his yard and toilet. He tried to tell us its a big backyard and the corner behind the storage unit (garage) isn’t part if the listing. He is allowed to store personal belongings there. The broken toilet is apparently his belongings?
House was ok..they have renovated portions of the house but transition strip from kitchen to dinning room is coming up and we found ourselves tripping quite often.
We would not recommend staying here especially since the property manager was not truthful and did nothing to make our concerns better.
