This Seabright Beach House is the place to be for a fantastic Santa Cruz vacation, and across the street from the Beach and just a short walk to the Beach entrance, Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Yacht Harbor, Natural History Museum & popular Seabright restaurants.
Well appointed, fully furnished 3 BR, 2 BTH Craftsman with all the comforts of home: cable TV, two TV's, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, private patio, and on-site parking. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen bed and two twin bunk beds. Wake up to the generous Ocean view from the spacious master suite with kitchenette and roof top balcony, plus Ocean views from the Living and Dining rooms. The rental includes boogie boards, five bicycles, and beach gear. Don’t miss the classic front porch! The one car garage is perfect for storing your toys. . . kayaks, bikes, surfboards, etc.

This was our second year at this home and we just love it. It's so close to stores, restaurants and coffee (Verve). You can even walk to the Chardonnay sailing. The house is well appointed and we cook / grill most nights. This year we extended from a long weekend to a week. The 4th of july fireworks were very late, but other than that it' so peaceful and you can hear the sound of the ocean (waves and sea lions) from almost every room in the house. We really love the crab door stopper.

This was really a wonderful place! The upstairs suite with kitchen, sleeping area and living area was so nice to have as an escape. Being SO CLOSE to the beach was magical. We really loved this place, even though its a bit pricey but worth it. Kitchen was very nice equipped with quality products.

This is a very nice property, one house from the beach. Unfortunately you cannot see the beach from it. I have only 2 complaints. The outdoor furniture was filthy and we had to clean it and none of the windows in the common area opened so, being a bit of a fresh air nut, I was disappointed. Also, it is very musty so opening the windows would have fixed that. Otherwise, I would recommend it to a friend.

Comfortable yet bare minimum amenities and not very clean. Trash (someone's old water bottle) left under TV stand, coffee machine Keurig upstairs, but no pods, very comfortable front deck arrangement with nice bright pillows, but limited seating and side areas dirty. Inside panels, dark, lighting insufficient to brighten area. Great for location, but would not recommend given comparable houses for price.
