This Seabright Beach House is the place to be for a fantastic Santa Cruz vacation, and across the street from the Beach and just a short walk to the Beach entrance, Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Yacht Harbor, Natural History Museum & popular Seabright restaurants.
Well appointed, fully furnished 3 BR, 2 BTH Craftsman with all the comforts of home: cable TV, two TV's, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, private patio, and on-site parking. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen bed and two twin bunk beds. Wake up to the generous Ocean view from the spacious master suite with kitchenette and roof top balcony, plus Ocean views from the Living and Dining rooms. The rental includes boogie boards, five bicycles, and beach gear. Don’t miss the classic front porch! The one car garage is perfect for storing your toys. . . kayaks, bikes, surfboards, etc.
Visit the Main Beach area with competitive Beach Volleyball, pier fishing, kayak rentals and consistent surf breaks. Again, we had a fabulous time in Seabright! The Beach House is older and charming with a beach bungalo feeling but with all the amenities needed! Five stars overall!!

Our stay in this cute cottage by the beach in July 2025 was absolutely wonderful. The neighborhood was so beautiful. We were treating our four teenage grandkids to the Boardwalk and we wanted them to enjoy the beach. This was a perfect location and a wonderful house to stay at. It was roomy enough for the six of us with enough beds. We were so happy to be able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Available to us within walking distance was shopping, restaurants and a coffee shop. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Our grandkids pulled out the bikes immediately upon arrival. We gave them the spacious top floor so they felt like they had a little apartment to themselves! Many memories were made on this trip. We were very happy with this property and hope to return for another stay.

Comfortable yet bare minimum amenities and not very clean. Trash (someone's old water bottle) left under TV stand, coffee machine Keurig upstairs, but no pods, very comfortable front deck arrangement with nice bright pillows, but limited seating and side areas dirty. Inside panels, dark, lighting insufficient to brighten area. Great for location, but would not recommend given comparable houses for price.
