Welcome to 'La Villa Bella'. La Villa Bella means 'The Beautiful Residence' in Italian. You will understand why when you arrive and are welcomed by the long private beautifully landscaped driveway surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants. The location is absolutely perfect - nested outside New Braunfels and close to Canyon Lake on a private 4 acre estate.
Our previous guests consistently comment on how beautiful and comfortable the home is. The main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is fully furnished with an ideal kitchen for the cooking enthusiasts and a laundry room for your extended stays. It also has an outdoor building named 'Casita Rocco'. It is about 30 feet away from the main home. 'Casita Rocco' has a bathroom with a shower, kitchenette, furnished with a sofa, tv, dining table, trundle bed for 2. Perfect for separate children or teenage quarters.
Enjoy cooling off in the private pool while taking in the hill county views. Start the massive outdoor fireplace while grilling a late night snack under the beautiful pergola to warm up those 'chilly' evenings. What a gathering place for family and friends to rekindle old memories while creating new ones.

We had the most amazing 4 days celebrating Thanksgiving and 2 Birthdays! Propety was perfect, everyone had space to do what they wanted. Cooked a complete Thanksgiving Dinner for 6 in the kitchen and grrat big table for us all to sit at which was perfect. We enjoyed the fireplace outside each night. The Hot Tub was nice but the 15 min. Intervals with a gush of cold water in between was shocking, but didn't stop us for using every night.

Our stay was pleasant the outdoors of the property are absolutely beautiful! In doors was well kept, nice and spacious and had comfortable beds. Decor was cute! Not too much. Only a few things, I would suggest is TV’s in the spare bedrooms, a new coffee pot, as during our stay the carafe was broken so we had to use a regular pot, and the timer to be changed on the hot tub. We had to keep going outside to turn the heating element back on to get it warm enough to enjoy and once we were in we would have to keep getting out every 15-20 minutes to do the same. Dean was a great host and was attentive, when we reached out once we arrived. Over all this place is great!! Plus Lupe the cat was a joy to be around!!

The home was beautiful and the view was heavenly! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this home, the drive up and down from the property was an unexpected bonus as well. I highly recommend this place!

Host was very well detailed in directions to find and access the property. Cleanliness of the property inside seemed ok. There was something on the floor of the master bedroom shower that indicated it had not been cleaned after the last occupants left. Some of the towels had stains on them. There was also a bit of hair on one of the beds that may have been from a pet. The property outside also appeared to not have been attended to after the last occupants left. We found a used diaper, used glass, and baby clothes. There was also bits of trash around the pool and pavilion. Quite underwhelming considering the cost.
