You will arrive and will be welcomed by the beautiful sounds of the Guadalupe River flowing directly in front (or back depending on your interpretation) of the home. The location is absolutely perfect - nestled right outside of New Braunfels and close to Canyon Lake while enjoying 60+ feet of Guadalupe Riverfront.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is fully furnished with an ideal kitchen with newer appliances for the cooking enthusiasts and access to laundry machines for your extended stays. The home has great views overlooking the quiet, scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River. The home's location is fantastic as it can cater to those who want to simply get away, gather together with family and friends, tube on the river, fish in unbeatable locations and more!
You can enjoy 2 decks (upper and lower) overlooking the Guadalupe, as it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company while taking in the serene beauty of the Guadalupe River. Our family had a great time. House was clean and the location on the river was good for fly fishing. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Beds were comfy which is a big deal for us. Generally clean accommodations. Looks like the property is getting some updates, but some things still need to be tossed to make the place feel up to date. Old bath towels, old cookware, cheap coffee maker, dated patio furniture, and a cluttered garage, didn’t match the updated bedding and some of the other updates they have done. Some conveniences like shampoo, conditioner, bath soap we’re not provided and would have been really nice to have on hand. The guest bath would not drain, leaving us to all share the master shower. Access to the water was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but if I have to truly rate it against 5 star properties we’ve stayed at, it was just ok.
