The El Pescador Home (“Fisherman”) is a modern industrial structure with a beach house vibe. To say it is one of a kind is truly not doing it justice. Its open floor plan and floor-to- ceiling windows are guest favorites. Let the fresh air in and stay in distinctive style! The El Pescador Home has two lovely bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, a stunning dining room with chandelier, and a large living area for relaxing and socializing. The living room has a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space. The home also features an exclusive deck and a wood fire pit. Lavish both inside and out, the El Pescador Home is the perfect place to enjoy the hill country! The house can accommodate a group of six.

The El Pescador Home is the perfect place to get away with a group of friends, enjoy a family retreat, or celebrate one of life’s momentous occasions. The commercial kitchen has a large refrigerator stocked with bottled waters and a coffee maker with coffee essentials. A washer and dryer can be found right off of the kitchen area. Three TVs with Rokus (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) are in the El Pescador Home. High-speed internet is also included.
Located just minutes away from Dripping Springs, there are plenty of fun activities to fill your daytime hours, including:
-Dr. Pound Historical Farmstead Museum
-Local swimming spots like Hamilton Pool and Jacob’s Well
-Pedernales Falls State Park
-Milton Reimer Ranch Park
-Treaty Oak Distillery
-Bell Springs Winery
And, whether you are looking for a romantic night or an evening for the family to enjoy together, Dripping Springs has restaurants and activities to fill those needs, including:

Should you require additional lodging, there are a total of five lodging facilities on Asante Lodging and Event’s property with the capacity to sleep a total of 34 guests.

5 day advance notice for all fire pit requests, Asante staff must lite firepit. Fees apply.
Events on the property are allowed, conditions and fees will apply.

The Asante staff was very responsive. A special thanks to Kimberly who was the “on call” Asante staff member during our stay. No issues to address but it was great that she checked in with us as we arrived after hours.

We loved the property. It was very unique, the location was wonderful, and the until was fully stocked with everything we needed. We really loved seeing all the wildlife! We even had a little fox come right up to our patio and hang out by our window! So fun! The only feedback we have is that the key and locks were frustrating to deal with. I highly suggest getting a key pad to simplify and eliminate the need for keeping track of a single key. We would have also liked screens or curtains or something to cover the large windows at night. You could see our entire space from the outside and that was a little uncomfortable.

This property has an industrial feel to it. It's decorated very uniquely and no detail is left out for the guest. Everything you need is here. The view at night outside is great. We plan on returning.

Our family enjoyed cooking together, resting a round a fire pit under the stars, and Dan (the owner) gave us an opportunity to see his all animals...El Pescador is a wonderfully unique home and the ranch Is immaculately kept with animals abounding everywhere.
