Recently renovated, this 4 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for everyone. New wide open COMMERCIAL grade park slide! You can enjoy the large shaded backyard, entertain on the covered upper deck of the boat dock, swim, slide down the brand new Commercial grade Open slide, take out one of the 6 complimentary kayaks, use the lily pad, sit by the fire pit, play a game of ping pong, and lots of other fun activates to create the perfect memories with your friends and family. MAXIMUM 14 guests and 5 parked cars at all time - Please email me for any exceptions.
***COVID PRECAUTIONS - In additional to extensive cleaning/washed linens, all guests are supplied prepackaged new sponge/dish washing pods, and prepackaged washing machine pods***

The Neighborhood:
● Close to neighborhood boat ramp, HEB grocery store, and several local restaurants. Quiet street with little traffic. One street into neighborhood.
Other Things to Note:
● No pets allowed at this property!
● Renters are required to be 25 years of age or older

● We are available by email, text, phone call, or in person if the need arises.

We wanted sun, fun, comfort, convenience, relaxation, and adrenaline. We got it ALL and we have the memories and the photos to prove it!I could ramble on for hours about everything we did and saw, but the bottom-line is we are super happy with our choice, and we enjoyed the Kingsland, TX and surrounding communities.

Lake LBJ Memories was the perfect property for our family get away! It had so many items that the adults and teenagers just loved, from the slide, to the jumping platform, kayaks and Lilly pad. Owners and property manager were all very accommodating and everything was as advertised.
We hope to be back for more memory making
