Recently renovated, this 4 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for everyone. New wide open COMMERCIAL grade park slide! You can enjoy the large shaded backyard, entertain on the covered upper deck of the boat dock, swim, slide down the brand new Commercial grade Open slide, take out one of the 6 complimentary kayaks, use the lily pad, sit by the fire pit, play a game of ping pong, and lots of other fun activates to create the perfect memories with your friends and family. MAXIMUM 14 guests and 5 parked cars at all time - Please email me for any exceptions.
***COVID PRECAUTIONS - In additional to extensive cleaning/washed linens, all guests are supplied prepackaged new sponge/dish washing pods, and prepackaged washing machine pods***

The Neighborhood:
● Close to neighborhood boat ramp, HEB grocery store, and several local restaurants. Quiet street with little traffic. One street into neighborhood.

● No pets allowed at this property!
● Renters are required to be 25 years of age or older

● We are available by email, text, phone call, or in person if the need arises.

This was the perfect place for our 4 family getaway. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the beds were amazingly comfortable. The large room with all the double beds was perfect for all the kids. The kayaks and ping pong table kept everyone entertained. The deck was big enough to accommodate us all. I would definitely recommend this home.

Overall our stay was fantastic.. Home was gorgeous, view of lake was breathtaking.. waking up to that view and to enjoy a cup of coffee was fabulous. Wished the weather could’ve been better, but we still enjoyed going inside the lake, and making more family memories was the best!
