About this house rental
Mod Haus was built in 1960 and is decorated in an updated mid-century style. It has a great modern vibe to it with an open concept living area with an 85 inch television, plenty of seating for groups, gorgeous period windows that allow you to see outside to the pool area, and an updated kitchen with all the amenities, plus a large game room with a large screen tv and a PS4. Mod Haus can easily accommodate large groups and is a pet and smoke-free environment. It sleeps 12-14 people in beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms. There's one king bedroom, three queen bedrooms, a very large room with two couches that make into double beds, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds You will have trouble deciding which bedroom you want to use. (No problem, you can come back again and again and try them all!)
. Mod Haus has all the amenities including fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, two large screen tv's, there's even a mod game room (with board games and a PS4!). Mod Haus features four full bathrooms all decorated in the mid century style, and high-end cozy linens and other amenities (q-tips, cotton balls, and even make-up remover sheets) are provided for your convenience.
The fun continues outdoors with a refreshing swimming pool for when you have had a long hot day of fun, a large covered outdoor patio, a gas grill, and a large tree covered back yard. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED IN THE WINTER. There's a gazebo with a gas fire pit, an outdoor shower and a washer and dryer provided. There's off-street parking for more than four cars, and it's just under a mile from Markt Platz on Main Street with sidewalks all the way to town. There are tons of amenities right across the street, including a convenience store, restaurants, even a spa. You can stay in and watch movies on one or both of the large screen televisions or have an outdoor pool party. The large fenced-in backyard is great for outdoor games too. You can play horseshoes in the shade of beautiful oak trees. With so much to do right here at Mod Haus, you may never want to leave!

This house was perfect for a large group. Our family came from California and Texas to get together for a wonderful birthday celebration, which also turned out to be a surprise proposal. The house was clean and laid out perfectly for a large group. The pool was clean and refreshing. The air-conditioning was more than perfect in the house, especially during a hot summer. Bathroom had more than enough towels and washcloths and there were six barstools and two countertops and a table that could seat eight comfortably. It was a wonderful weekend. Thank you for everything.

Mod Haus was perfect for our extended family to gather for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Each of the six bedrooms had comfortable beds (even the two pull-out couches). The kitchen was well-appointed and had plenty of glasses, silverware and plates to serve a large group. The pool which was a nice size and well-maintained was enjoyed by.the children and the adults. Adjacent to the pool is a large, shaded outdoor seating area with tables and chairs as well as chaises. In the large family room, open to the kitchen, there were plenty of comfortable mid-century-style seating and a dining table that seated all eleven of us. Additional dining seating was available on counter stools. We just loved the decor and the location is great. The hosts were prompt to respond to all our questions and requests.

We had a great family vacation here! The house provided the perfect amount of space for our group of 10 and could have comfortably fit more! The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing on a hot summer day. Overall a really great experience! Definitely would recommend to friends and family.
