About this house rental
Stylish Mid-Century Florida house in a residential neighborhood. The house is perfectly maintained, high-end furniture (Roche Bobois ) and vintage pieces. The 42 foot salt water pool is right on the river. The house has plenty of light (impact windows ) and open onto the pool and the river via sliding doors (all have screens) .Enjoy the outdoor as much as the house, with a heated salt water pool , outdoor sound system, amazing river views, gas BBQ, designer outdoor furniture, 3 kayaks, Outdoor shower (hot and cold) and cabana/laundry room with toilet).
The river side is lined with 4 beautiful Royal Palm trees. The private dock is the perfect location for sunset drinks :-). 3 Kayaks and 2 bikes are at your disposal in order to explore the Venice of the Americas. Fishing rods at your disposal too if you want to try your luck from the 70 feet seawall or the house private dock.

Beautifully appointed home with a truly million dollar view! Bright, spacious and the owners were so very kind and helpful to make recommendations on things to do and checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of. The home was incredibly well appointed, not an item missing in the kitchen, bathrooms and outdoors. Beautiful bed linens and bath towels were in more than ample supply! An incredibly quaint area close to so many great spots to dine or do whatever you want! You’ll enjoy being able to take a stroll or power walk around the many winding streets nestled all around the area! Beds were so comfy and you could pop the motorized blinds in both rooms to suit your enjoyment of the outside view. This was one of those trips where we could just totally decompress and relax around the amazing pool and have coffee every morning on the dock and a libation (or 2) in the evenings. On a five star scale we give this a TEN!!Definitely will go back!

Midcentury Modern ParadiseWe're a family of five and spent just over a week at Stéphane's place. It was wonderful. The house has beautiful midcentury lines and furniture, with large bay windows that fill the living room with light. It makes you feel a little out of time, in the best way possible.The kids spent hours in the heated pool every day, and having kayaks to explore the canals was a real treat.The neighborhood is calm, safe and well maintained, with a Publix, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods all nearby. We even discovered a great barber shop around the corner (Trueborn). Location-wise, it is perfect for South Florida: Miami, the Everglades, and Palm Beach are all very accessible.We'd come back without hesitation.

Everything was fantastic. The host provides a lot of amenities that you don’t usually see at a rental that we really appreciated. Awesome pool area.
