This beach side condo is small and personal and very reasonable. Two story building, with no elevators to wait on. Easy front door parking for great access to your vacation spot.
The ideal choice for couples or small families, this cozy seaside retreat features an extra large bedroom with a king size bed (plus a twin bed for extra sleeping space!). The Kitchen opens up with a breakfast bar, small kitchen table for four. Living room is nicely furnished with sofa queen bed and love seat.
In Tropical Isle, you can drive directly to your front door. A designated beach path leads less than a 100 ft from your door to the surf. Enjoy the coastal shoreline having fun in the sun with family and friends! A condo side pool is also available for extra swim fun. A Tom Thumb convenience store is only steps away for all your shopping essentials.

First time staying at this condo and it’s a great option. Location is what we really appreciated and the reason for renting it along with the price, 2 min walk to the beach. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had the main things. Two things that we did not like - there was some musty smell in the kitchen when you first get in from outside, but not in the bedroom. The other thing was that the AC unit was very noisy and loud both in the bedroom and in the kitchen. You can’t really hear the TV when AC is blowing. Overall we had a great time because it was so close to the beach where we spent most of the day.

The location of the condo was pretty good and the price was reasonable. The set up of the condo was efficient as well. However, the condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The floors need a good mopping and the a/c filter was dirty. Also, very few hand towels were available and there weren't many pots and pans for cooking. Overall, it was a decent stay.
