This apartment is on the 3rd level of the Aqua Villa condominium, which contains only 24 units on four floors and includes an elevator. The renovation of the exterior of the building and replacement of elevator is complete. The private balcony and the large window in the living room have spectacular emerald beach views.
Beach service included during the season - March through October. Which means, two chairs and an umbrella will be setup on the beach ready for you every day during your stay in our condo!

The only issue is the dog potty area or lack of. The fridge did not work properly.

Dog poop on patio...had to clean up. ,sewage from up stairs bath came down on me..
