Come put your feet in the sand at our ground floor, beachfront condo on the Emerald Coast. You can hear the waves breaking as you sit on your back porch. Escape from the crowds to our updated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo located on the west end of Okaloosa Island. This small complex is very appealing for both families and couples wanting to get away from it all.
The location of this condo is ideal. You will be miles away from the crowds, but only minutes away from all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife that Fort Walton and Destin have to offer!

This property gets frequent guests. It is pet friendly. The location can't be beat. The ocean is beautiful and so close. The neighborhood is nice, walkable, and convenient to dining, and shopping.

We enjoyed staying here!!! It was nice having quick beach access with two little kids especially! Super convenient to shopping/dining options. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely recommend! We would consider staying here again as well!

We loved this spot. The little grass yard was great for bbq, frying fish, and a small kid pool. Walking 20 yards to drink coffee while taking in the waves was the most enjoyable thing

We stayed as a family of 4 with our fur baby. We loved that it was pet friendly and was made even more convenient by it being the ground floor. The nice grass area right out the back door was super nice. Loved that the beach was only a few steps away and came with beach service. Condo was large enough for small family or 2 couples. All the conveniences of home. Check in was a breeze and hosts were very prompt with communication. Will most definitely book again for next season.

Very clean condo, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We loved being able to just walk out the back door and just a few steps away was the beach. The information from the owners before our stay was very detailed and informative. We plan to stay here again. Also, having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella service included for free in our stay is a must for us when booking. The decor was nice and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Myself, my dad, and my son stayed at Kristin and David’s place and couldn’t have had a better experience. The beach was beautiful and quiet - perfect for families with young ones. Lots of toys available for the kids to play with in the sand. I left my iPad accidentally and Kristin and David helped make a plan so quickly to get it mailed back to me.

This is a small, well kept condo complex in Fort Walton Beach, Fl. This unit was just the right size for my husband, myself & our 15 lb. Poodle mix pup. Everything went just as expected & we would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice getaway:)

We just checked out today and we’re so sad to leave after a week long stay. The location was perfect for us. The condo was neat and clean. I liked that there was a nice variety of kitchen appliances and necessities. There were also extra beach chairs, sand toys and water toys. It’s so nice to walk right out the door onto the beach. I definitely recommend a stay here!

We loved the adorable 2 bedroom rental right on the beach. Very clean with nice comfy bed in master. We had everything we needed and I wouldn’t think twice about renting again! It’s nice it’s towards the end of Island because the beach crowding isn’t near as hectic.

It was a wonderful location. Easy to get in and out. The bathtub had been cleaned, but still had remnants of dirt. But it was to rinse off. Beds were comfy and the sofa was comfy. Just had a hard time turning the tvs on and off.

This time of year was great for parking. It was definitely quiet. Enjoyed our access to restaurants and grocery shopping. Thanks The cleaning help needs a little kick in the rear as the oven hadn't been touched before we showed up. The stove top was greasy also. Rest was fine. Enjoyed ourselves.

Loved our short stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and well kept! We loved how short of a walk that we had to the beach. Location was very easy to find. The only thing we would have liked to have was outside access to the back door, that way we could have gone to and from the beach a little more easily. Other than that, everything was great! We loved our stay I wish we could have stayed forever. Very nice condo with all the necessities. Could also state that there is a Mr coffee & maybe invest in a can opener. All else was great. We will be back in the near future!! My home away from home & thank you for sharing 🏖️

Very nice property, clean and well maintained. We have been renting this property for the last five years for a week or so with our two little dogs. Easy access to the beach and a nice grassy area for the pups.
