Rustic Studio Casita built in the 1930's and newly renovated to accommodate your needs. Private entrance, 1 bathroom and can sleep 2. Complete kitchen with granite counter tops, lots of cooking utensils and many appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker). Very cozy and comfortable with 42" flat screen television and free Wi-Fi internet. Air condition and heat. Private patio with BBQ and outdoor seating for relaxing or enjoying meals. Access to bicycles. No driveway access, parking is available along the street.

Many shops and restaurants in walking distance along with a grocery store. This property is right in the middle of Tucson, with access to the west/central and short jaunt to the east side. Warm, inviting and perfect for one. I previously lived in AZ for 38 years and with a packed schedule, this was the perfect retreat. Hosts are timely in response for questions, and again can't thank them enough for the lovely stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots/seasonings/glasses & plates and a BBQ on the patio. Whether a short or long stay, this gem is perfect.

Such a cute, clean place. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear. I was able to easily get GrubHub deliveries and Lyft rides within minutes. Great place for a single person or a couple!

This casita is tastefully decorated and well maintained. It is perfect for a couple or a single traveler. It is very private wven while being located on the owner's property.
