An open 500"' light filled studio, full kitchen, large bathroom with large shower. French door and windows open to the desert-scape patio.

(Futon sofa will be set up by request for a $45. one time fee.)

1 GB Wifi. 37" TV with Roku, log in to your subscriptions. Digital antennae for broadcast stations.
Complete kitchen with long counter for food prep space, apartment size 4 burner range/oven, overhead microwave, fridge/freezer. All cooking and dining supplies provided.
Coffee, toaster oven, and blender.
Double drop leaf dining table with 4 chairs can accommodate a larger dining crowd.
Generous bathroom with over-sized tiled shower and tiled seat.
Lots of storage in the walk-in closet off the bathroom, even enough room for bikes.
Desk for work space.
Backyard pool is available 24/7, warmed by the weather - cold in winter.
Private patio rests under an old Velvet Mesquite tree with a dining table and chairs. Guests enjoy beverages, dine and work in this relaxing space. Laundry available anytime.

Excellent space with plenty of room and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, but close to several shops and restaurants on Campbell. Very comfortable and surprisingly cool in the Tucson heat. Loved sitting out on the patio in the morning, sipping coffee, listening to the doves and watching the lizards scurry between the rocks. Liz was super nice and a great communicator.

All good. Scared of dogs so never tried pool cause of barking so mention of dogs ahead of time and details of access to pool would have been helpful ahead of time but I would definitely rent again.
