About this apartment rental
1000 sq. ft. of space. A sunny 440 sq. ft. master suite with a new Casper California king bed, a sectional couch, a chaise and a 50" 1080p JVC TV with DVD player and basic HD cable. Second bedroom with lockable door has trundle twins perfect for a family with bathroom off this room, and 2 full size closets. Bathroom with combination tub, shower and grab bar. Living and dining room with mountain views, a cozy leather sectional, a 32" TV 1080p Smart with ROKU. Dining table is 3 X 6 and has 4 chairs. Efficient kitchen has gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig style coffee maker, pantry and plenty of dishes and pans to make your stay complete. There is a small patio for outdoor dining and bird watching. We have a carport to share with you. Separate heating and cooling for apartment.

We are centrally located and 1/2 block off Tucson bus route 15. You are close to U of Az., UMC, the Rillito River Walk, great restaurants, shopping and Trader Joes.

We came to Tucson to ride The Loop Trail and to enjoy the amenities that Tucson has to offer. The location of our Vrbo was perfect in that it was very near and centrally located for our almost daily rides on The Loop Trail and also just a short drive to the art museum and the botanical garden as well as many wonderful restaurants and amenities. We couldn't have chosen a better location to stay.

Visited Tucson for a month with family , explored the surrounding area , art museums and gem and mineral show . This place was conveniently located . The queen bed was dreamy, the shower was hot . There was a cold snap and the heater was wonderful. The hostess gracious , kind and knowledgeable about Southwest .
