About this house rental

In very quiet neighborhood--700 sq .foot, one bedroom with Queen bed, large dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. Large walk in closet. Big bath tub with shower and one sink bathroom, size 6 foot by 15 feet. Full kitchen with all new amenities. Large countertop with barstools. Living room with overstuffed pull out queen sofa bed. Fireplace and tall 12 foot ceilings through out entire guesthouse. Big new Weber BBQ for your use. Lovely quiet private back porch with table and chairs for relaxing and outdoor dining pleasure. The guesthouse is a separate building from the main house.

After putting 2 kids through UA, I’ve stayed at a handful of Tucson rentals throughout the last 7 years. Ginger’s casita was my absolute favorite. From the ease of checking in, excellent communication and the beautiful neighborhood to the little touches that make it feel like home, I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. Thank you !!

We loved our guest house casita and stayed 4 nights. Private courtyard and backyard patio. Lovely little place with all comforts accounted for. Great location for biking the Loop, and hiking Sabino Canyon, Catalina SP, and Saguaro NP. Our hostesses were delightful and readily available to offer suggestions and answer questions. We would return at any opportunity.

Ginger and Candace are wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed during our 2.5 week stay.We felt comfortable in the beautiful casita right away. It has everything one needs for an extended stay. The lovely outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the hummingbirds and relax while still feeling private. We used the outdoor gas grill a lot!The neighborhood is quiet, with beautiful natural landscaping and the location great for accessing hiking trails.

Everything about this sweet casita was perfect! A wonderful spot in Tucson with amazing grounds and furnishings. I highly recommend it!
