There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 5th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Double beds in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This room has great proximity to the parking garage, elevators, and trash chute. The floor has not been mopped for some time inside the condo. If you walked barefoot your feet were black within minutes. There was food crumbs inside the kitchen drawers. Pools were clean and plenty of seating. It was nice to have a ice vending machine on the property and a air fill station for floats.

Furniture was dusty, handle on master shower was missing a piece, freezer was leaking, overall, not very clean.

Nice gulf front location. Unit was nicely appointed. We were not able to use the TV's in the bedrooms since we were not able to access the Direct TV code.I would stay in this unit again.
