Welcome to Phoenix X 1101, a stunning eleventh-floor corner unit offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. This spacious condo features a wraparound balcony with breathtaking views of both the Gulf and bay side, complete with loungers and an outdoor dining table perfect for relaxing in the ocean breeze.
The living room is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and includes a large sectional sofa with a pullout bed, along with a flat screen TV for winding down after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an ice maker, and a dining table ideal for meals with family and friends.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, an additional twin bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and granite countertops. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and shares balcony access with the third bedroom, which has another queen bed. These two rooms share a beautifully tiled shower tub combo.
