Welcome to Dolphin Harbor 1H - where beach & bay await your stay.
This beautiful well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath spacious condo sits on Old River allowing guests a gorgeous water front view the minute you walk in the door and continues straight to the back patio where you are steps away from the *first come first serve* boat docks. And, wait, there's more~~for gulf/beach lovers you have your own private/gated access just a short walk across the street at our sister property, Dolphin Key. Truly we offer one of the best of both waterfront worlds in OBA. **Boats & boat trailers are only allowed in Dolphin Harbor parking lot IF YOU'RE AN OWNER - NON OWNERS/GUESTS: launching of your boat and parking of your trailer will have to be done offsite - no exceptions - and no boats or boat trailers can be brought in to the property during check-in - that must be taken care of before you arrive at the Dolphin Harbor gate**
The condo offers a spacious kitchen with all the amenities you have at home. It's perfect for prepping and cooking meals. Bring all the groceries & luggage you want because you'll be able to park close to your door & walk right in avoiding stairs and elevators.
Guests enjoy the back patio to lounge while watching the boats go by and often catch dolphins swimming and playing. And don't forget your fishing tackle as you're only steps to the docks.
Enjoy the pool with a view of Ono Island & Old River, great tennis court (front of property), kayak/paddle board storage (bring your own lock) & community grill next to the pool and facing Old River.
When it's time to venture out remember you're less than a mile from the world famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Yacht Club and minutes from numerous other amazing restaurants, night life & shopping!!

The owner's favorite restaurant has not been updated on the "activities/restaurants" page but it's a local favorite and highly recommended: Big Fish (also the owner's son's nickname)
Please excuse the lack of reviews for this unit as the owner's just purchased in July 2021. This unit was a very popular destination and roped in 5 star reviews for the previous owner for the last six years. We hope to add you and your friends & family to future five star reviews. As much as we love our fur babies we do not allow any pets in our unit (the complex allows owners to have HOA board approved pets but it is not allowed for renters. No exceptions)

We loved this condo. It was super clean and smelled amazing inside. Very roomy and comfortable for our family. The location was great, loved sitting on the balcony at night watching the boats go by. And the beach is not crowded and just a quick walk across the road. We will definitely try to stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for our family trip. Three bedrooms were great for our two grown children and grandchildren to vacation with us. Condo is beautiful and fully stocked. Owner is very detailed with all information and it didn’t leave me wondering about anything. I definitely recommend this condo for a wonderful beach vacation.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was a great location and very comfortable. We loved the fact the porch opened up to the grass area. We will definitely like to rent this place again in the future.
