Great condo. Unit was clean and the host communicates very well with you. I like how you get your parking passes and condo information ahead of the stay. Made for very smooth entry. First host I have had do that. Love the view from the 12th floor. Balcony is huge and great to hang out on. We will definitely rent this unit again when back at Windemere. Highly recommend this unit and host!!!

Great place to stay! We loved the condo unit and how the beach wasn’t too crowded. The dryer happened to break on our trip, but the host was great at getting it taken care of quickly. He personally came out with the repair tech and it was fixed within 24 hours. Host responded quickly to any messages we sent them too.

We had a great time at this rental! The condo was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication was clear with easy instructions for check-in and check-out. The view of the gulf is spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with this unit as we have stayed in many units in Windemere over the years. Very clean. Lots of bath towels provided. Has everything you need. Best part is getting 2 covered parking spots which is hard to come by with units these days and you can’t beat the price for the first week of June in Windemere for a 3 bed/3 bath. Can’t beat the view on the 12th floor! Some minor things could be updated like the older wooden patio table and chairs, the shower liner, and the ice maker didn’t work well but we were very comfortable and recommend.
