About this house rental
Large and beautifully appointed 5 bedroom home with 150 feet of waterfront on a peaceful, quiet cove overlooking Lake LBJ. Just under the historic (inactive) train trestle bridge to the main body of Lake LBJ. The cove right off the dock is great for swimming (3-5 feet deep around dock and no wake). Our dock and boat lift are available for your use and boat ramps are nearby. Two kayaks and a stand up paddle board (SUP) included!
Home is situated in a private community and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, while just a few minute drive to the center of Kingsland for groceries and restaurants. Large shaded side yard with giant oak trees is perfect for kids to run around. Enormous covered patios both upstairs and down with views of Lake LBJ, your serene cove, and the beautiful oaks.
Outdoor amenities include:
* Perfect location for swimming, fishing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding on the calm smooth waters of the no-wake cove
* Easy access to Colorado arm of Lake LBJ just under the train trestle bridge for great boating and wake boarding
* 2 kayaks and 1 stand up paddle board
* Beautiful, oversized yard with old oak trees and 150 feet of waterfront
* Two levels and over 1,000 square feet of covered patios, with propane grill, multiple seating areas, fantastic lake views
* Outdoor dining for 8 on upper balcony

* Second king bedroom with Casper mattress also has its own balcony access and lake views
* Two queen bedrooms
* Bunk room (5th bedroom) is a blast for the kids and sleeps 7 comfortably. Pack 'n play also available for your infant.
* Game room features a second large flat screen TV, card table, foosball table, and games for adults and kids

Stayed here before. We think it is one of the best locations on the lake. Clean home with great beds. Weather did not cooperate but everything was fantastic.

This was our second time to stay at this home and once again we have nothing but positive things to say. The house is clean and well-equipped. The yard provides a great space for the kids to run and play. EricIs very easy to work with and very responsive to messages. Will definitely be staying here again.
