Off of the Llano River, this lake house exudes warm rustic charm with cozy furnishings. For outdoor enthusiasts, it includes two adult kayaks, a youth kayak, a boat lift, and a jet ski lift for adventures on the water. After exploring, gather around the fire pit to unwind under the stars, making memories in this lakeside retreat.
The Space:
Surrounded by nature, the property boasts two spacious patio levels. The upper patio features outdoor fans, a propane BBQ grill, and ample seating to take in the picturesque views. The lower patio provides even more space to relax and unwind, with easy access to the sprawling, grassy lawn that leads to the water’s edge. With a boat lift and jet ski lift available, guests can bring or rent watercraft. Two adult kayaks and one youth kayak are provided for endless water adventures. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
Inside, the home’s main floor features an inviting open-concept design, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The large wooden kitchen is fully equipped with cookware essentials and boasts a gas stove, and a drip/Keurig coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests. The living room is designed for relaxation, with a large sofa and four armchairs. The sofa converts into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space. The living room has easy access to the main patio with a grill and outdoor seating.
The home includes five well-appointed bedrooms. Off the front hallway, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a queen bed, a TV, and ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a combination tub and shower, while Bedroom 3 offers a walk-in shower. Across the house, the master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a TV, breathtaking lake views, private patio access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The master bath includes both a tub and shower, as well as a dual vanity. The bunk room, Bedroom 4, is perfect for kids or groups, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds (four total twin beds). A half bathroom is also located on the main floor for guests’ convenience.
Downstairs, Bedroom 5 offers a unique private retreat with a separate entrance from the lower patio. This room is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed (two total twin beds) and includes a half bathroom. Please note that there is no hot water in this bathroom.

There are local restaurants and wineries, or outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country.
Getting Around:
There is not public transportation available in this area. You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.

This is a not Pet-Friendly Property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 occurs.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
