This 2 bedroom 2 full bath ground floor condo is newly remodeled and furnished and is waiting for your occupancy. Available now

January-March 2027 $3400 if paying by credit card (2 month minimum)
January-March 2021, $3600 if paying with non-US credit card where foreign transaction fees are assessed to me.
If you are paying via credit card, additional 3.5% will be charged. if you are using a non US credit card where foreign transaction fees are assessed to me, an additional 2.5% is required to cover these costs.
Annual rental can be considered.
Newer furniture, stainless steel appliances, newly tiled bathroom, and tiled screened lanai. 1200 sq. feet with one King size bed and one Queen size bed in rooms that are both 12x13 sq. ft. in size. Adjoining bath off bedroom has a walk-in shower. Living room furnished with a recliner and straight back padded chair for your comfort. 3 new flat screen TV's (47 inch in the living room and 32 inch in each bedroom), Washer & Dryer in separate laundry room. TV Streaming with basic service (can be upgraded for additional cost). FREE Wi-Fi in your Condo.
Enjoy and relax around the heated pool, or use the exercise room and clubhouse with a computer and printer available for your FREE use. This is quiet, small, GATED and friendly community where you can enjoy the warm weather. No elevators or high rise complex to deal with, parking immediately outside your door.
Great central location, just west of I-41 and College, 1 mile from Bell Tower Mall and cinema, 5 miles from Edison Mall, 20 minutes from Fort Myers beach, 30 minutes from Sanibel Island and 30 minutes from the airport. Loads of restaurants north and south on I-41 and 2 miles from Costco.

$80/month allowance for Electric, $40/month allowance for water. Utility costs above the allowance are responsibility of renter and will be deducted from security deposit.

The unit was very nice. The pool was great, hardly anyone in the pool in late morning, so it was all ours. We did have some problems. The unit was dusty due to the new beautiful flooring in the unit. All the items in the cupboards had to be washed as the dust from the flooring got all over. The gates into the complex were open all the time while we were there. This made us feel a little unsecure. There were other small problems, but the property manager Vicki handled as quick as she could. A major concern was the ice maker did not work. It was replaced but still no ice. As it turned out the line was frozen and the only way to fix was to unplug the refrigerator. I did not want to do that, so I bought ice during my stay.
We left 2 weeks early due to COVID-19.

One of the best equipped kitchens we ever encountered! Large bedrooms with plenty of dresser & closet space. Excellent location. Nice people, especially Vicki the manager. Any problem was attended to immediately. Nice pool.
