Jasper Villa - Pool & Hot Tub. Beach supplies and a home with all the amenities!

This property was exactly what we needed! The beach supplies were perfect for us and the location was central for what we planned to do in Fort Myers!

Accurate pictures of property and good communication with the host. Perfect for our stay.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, and as described, the kids loved the pool!

The stay started out great with good communication but quickly soured after we departed. My daughter and I had actually cleaned as much as we could prior to leaving which is not required. The owner text me and said they were missing 3 beach towels. I told him where I had put them in the hamper in the MBR. About a week later he text me and stated they still hadn't found the towels and wanted me to reimburse them. I told them I was very sorry but was not paying for something I didn't take. He then became extremely rude and told me " if you wanted them you should have just asked." I was extremely insulting by the insinuation that I would take towels. He said the cleaning people were his family and the other people that had stayed there were repeat customers. I used to own a VRBO so trust me I would never ever be disrespectful of someone else's home. To me as a former owner, you cannot accuse people of doing things when you don't know what happened. It is all part of it. I was going to recommend them to friends of mine but this situation really upset me.
