WE ENJOYED OUR STAY BUT WOULD RECOMMEND TO HOST THAT THEY FIX THE POCKETDOOR TO THE MASTER BATHROOM THAT WAS BROKEN AND DEFINITELY FIX PLUMBING ISSUES IN BOTH BATHROOMS. WHEN FLUSHING THE TOILET IN THE SECOND BATHROOM BLACK SOOT CAME UP IN THE SHOWER THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE A DEFINITE HIT!! AS WERE THE TOWELS FOR OUTSIDE USE AND INSIDE BATHROOMS!! WONDERFUL CONVENIENCE OF PULLING CAR INTO A GARAGE.MANY GOOD RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA.

Easy check-in process and excellent communication. House was in a great location, very quiet neighborhood but close to everything needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped.

The stay started out great with good communication but quickly soured after we departed. My daughter and I had actually cleaned as much as we could prior to leaving which is not required. The owner text me and said they were missing 3 beach towels. I told him where I had put them in the hamper in the MBR. About a week later he text me and stated they still hadn't found the towels and wanted me to reimburse them. I told them I was very sorry but was not paying for something I didn't take. He then became extremely rude and told me " if you wanted them you should have just asked." I was extremely insulting by the insinuation that I would take towels. He said the cleaning people were his family and the other people that had stayed there were repeat customers. I used to own a VRBO so trust me I would never ever be disrespectful of someone else's home. To me as a former owner, you cannot accuse people of doing things when you don't know what happened. It is all part of it. I was going to recommend them to friends of mine but this situation really upset me.
