Extensive remodel includes new kitchen with wall removed to create an open space concept to allow for stove/island (unique to this complex). All new cabinets and modern appliances (GE/GE Monogram), including dishwasher (also unique to complex). The kitchen is fully stocked, so bring your chef's hat!

Really enjoyed stay once again. 2nd time staying at this unit. Really accommodating. Fully stocked kitchen. Grat location for time with grandbabys and son and daughter in law. Close to everything. Dudnt even need a rental car.Our go to spot when we come to Carlsbad to visit family. Host always accommodating. Thx again for letting us enjoy your condo. Jerry@Gina .

Cleanliness was missing, there is mold in the bathroom window, that window doesn't lock, the blinds, light fixtures, furnace all need deep cleaning. I was there for a month and there were no cleaning supplies provided?
The people upstairs are heavy footed and they have a dog so when they play with it that is noisy.
