We had a lovely stay at Jim’s property. The feelOf the house was great. When you walk around the house it feels more like you are staying at a friends house and not at a rental property. The walk to the beach was very easy and quick plus Jim had some beach supplies (wagon, chairs and umbrella). We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Hands down, this is the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. As avid cooks, we prefer to dine in rather than eat out when vacationing, and this place was perfect for that. The owner provided everything we needed for cooking indoors, plus a BBQ in the yard. One of the amenities we loved was the filtered water in 5-gallon jugs. The amenities throughout the property exceeded our expectations, and we never had to make a store run for anything.When I first saw the photos online, I assumed the yard images were for the entire property, but they were actually for our unit. The residence and yard were incredibly private and relaxing. We even had a delightful chat with the owner one evening about the property's history and his special connection to it. In the few days we stayed at Jim’s place, we couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved it! It’s so close to the beach and a stones throw from the Main Street.
