Experience this secluded, cliffside oasis on 27 acres with stunning 180-degree oceanfront views of the Pacific Ocean. Adjacent to Bandon Dunes' Sheep Ranch Golf Course Hole #2, enjoy the Oregon Coast at its finest. This getaway offers a completely private experience atop a high cliff with ocean views from most windows. It's a great way to enjoy the Southern Oregon Coast’s spectacular sunsets.
This 3-bed/3-bath home sleeps 6-7 comfortably. The main floor primary bedroom features stunning views, a king bed with a memory foam mattress, and an en suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The north bedroom has both a twin bed and a queen bed to accommodate different sleeping arrangements and has beautiful view of waves, the beach, and sunsets. The south bedroom features one queen bed with a memory foam mattress and stunning views of the Sheep Ranch golf course, Five Mile Point, and, at night, the Cape Blanco Lighthouse.
The main bathroom on the first floor has a toilet and a shower. The en suite primary bath has separate double vanities, private toilet, and a spacious shower. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet and also double vanities and can be accessed from the hallway and the south bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with needed appliances, including a gas stove and oven and an electric oven, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, cereal bowls, and a variety of glassware and barware. Among other things, it also includes a microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, ice maker, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, and a kettle. The kitchen bar seats four people, and the dining area has a long table made of African wood with seating for six.
The living room has comfortable seating for six and an electric fireplace which is mostly for ambience. For entertainment, this house has Wi-Fi internet and a basic satellite cable package.
During the day, you can watch the ocean for gray whales, seals, fishing boats, rainbows, and many different birds, including frequent osprey and eagle sightings. At night, the fishing boats are lit up and the remote location allows for wonderful stargazing. Since it sits on a bluff, there is no direct beach access from this home, but there are two beaches that are just a short five-minute drive away. The world renown Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is just ten minutes away. And the little town of Bandon with all of its wonderful shops and amazing restaurants is only 15 minutes away.
Enjoy the privacy of these 27 acres without seeing your nearest neighbor. All you will hear are the waves and at times the sealions on the rocks.

Great ocean view location next to Sheep Ranch's hole #1. About a 10-minute drive to Bandon Resort. Could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the golf trip with my friends.

Fantastic property! When you pull up the rise in the driveway to the house, the whole coastline opens up for miles both north and south. The house is secluded, comfortable and interesting, with lots of antiques and original artwork. Our trip was a once in a lifetime retirement golf trip, and Shore Pines was the perfect location. We had hoped to get picked in the Bandon Dunes lottery for reservations to stay in housing at the resort, but Shore Pines was a much better location. This is the only property that is visible from anywhere on the Bandon Dunes resort, and is much closer to all the facilities at Bandon Dunes than staying offsite in Bandon.
