Perfect for larger groups of guests with sand toys and trailers. With 4 full bathrooms everyone can freshen up comfortably after a day on the dunes or on the lake. Awesome location for large group with multiple generations. The kids can play in the sand by the lake while the adults fish or kayak Saunders Lake. Ride to the beach from the house on your sand vehicles. Fantastic views from the living area. The young children enjoined watching the train go by during the day. It took some thought and planning but we were able to fit 5 enclosed trailers and an RV parked in front of the house. It was difficult to find a large home to house our crew and we are thankful for Jeff to offer up his beautiful home for rent.

The property was perfect for our family reunion and the fishing in the lake was great for the kids. Jeff was a wonderful host and we will be back!

The location was perfect with tons of parking. There was access to the dunes just down the road. Would stay here again.
