About this house rental
AVAILABLE from MAY 2019:
In Beaupréau (49), 40 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1:15 from the Atlantic coast, 40 minutes from Terra Botanica and Angers, 2 hours from Futuroscope.
GÎTE Pierre Aubrée (FB account) for 8 people (10 people with extra beds available) with an adjoining room of 60m2.
Serge and Nadège will be happy to welcome you in a green setting, overlooking a pond of 10,000 m2 where you will enjoy walking or fishing.
On the ground floor :
- 1 living room of 50 m2 with kitchen (microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven) and lounge (BZ, tv, DVD player and board games) .1 laundry / umbrella lend on request, high chair, bath ring, chair restorer.
UPSTAIRS :
- 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed
- 1 bedroom with 140/190 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90/190 and a bed 140/190 mezzanine
- 1 bathroom with bathtub.
- 1 sofa bed in the living room.
With the cottage you have an adjoining ROOM (inseparable from the rental of the cottage), can accommodate 40 people sitting with kitchen, fridge, toilet, for your family reunions or with friends, you will have leisure to entertain you around the pool, electronic darts, poker table, badminton games etc.).
The cottage includes a closed patio and landscaped facing south with sunbeds, garden furniture. In the back closed ground of 1000m2.
PRICES:
- NIGHT the week: 90 € minimum 2 nights.
- WEEKEND: 380 € from May to September.
290 € From October to April.
-SEMAINE * from Saturday to Saturday 550 € (May to September)
450 € the rest of the year, heating included.
WEEK END CHRISTMAS AND LUNCH of 31st
* 380 €, electricity not included.
- optional: house cleaning and room 100 €.
Beds made on arrival 20 € per bed.
ACCOMPT 30% on booking, non-refundable if canceled and
deposit lodging and room 1000 € (returned at the time of your departure).

We had a wonderful stay. Check in very easy and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. Beautiful countryside, a lovely lake with great sunsets and pedalo for the kids! Loved the courtyard and games room was a lovely bonus. Lovely decor and overall perfect location for us to. Well recommended.

Leuk en net vakantiehuis. Een extra troef is de speelkamer met darts, Ping Pong en biljart.

Logement qui correspondait à nos attentes. Très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La salle de jeux est le grand plus du logement.
Propriétaires du domaine disponibles et aimables. Très bien accueillis.

Habitué depuis des années a séjourner dans les environs, nous avons du trouver un hébergement en dernière minute, un peu plus loin que d'habitude.
Magnifique découverte, logement et équipements au top...rien a redire, si ce n' est Vivement le prochain séjour!
