About this house rental
We have done everything possible to equip this cottage so that your stay is unforgettable both in terms of conviviality and comfort.
Our accommodations are composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- Large living room of 40 m² where you can all fit on our sofas for your party games, play on the console, play a game of karaoke or blindtest (thanks to the connected TV), have an aperitif or coffee...
- A large living room for playing billiards, table football, darts, with a bar area.
Our living room is equipped with a billiards table and table football from PETIOT, a local company located in Bazoges en Paillers in the Vendée. These are new and quality equipment.
- A large fully equipped kitchen where you can eat for 15.
- 1 linen room (washing machine, 2nd fridge, and freezer)
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bathroom with 2 showers
- 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 3 beds, and one bedroom with 2 beds)
Upstairs on the left are 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with 3 beds, and a bedroom with 2 beds) + 1 shower + 1 separate toilet. There is a sink with mirror in each bedroom.
Upstairs to the right, you will find the last 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with 3 beds, and a bedroom with 2 beds + 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet.
There are 6 rooms in total. We can join the single beds to create double beds and thus modulate our rooms according to your wishes.
Our single beds are 90 X 200 cm, you will sleep very well because they are wide and the bedding is of quality (Grand Litier in La Roche sur Yon specialises in high-end bedding).
There are even 4 single beds of 210 cm long for grown-ups!
You will enjoy an exceptional setting, quiet, to spend convivial moments throughout your stay.
Our 3 living rooms communicate with each other (living room of 40m², games room 40m², kitchen 20m²) and open onto a terrace of 50 m² where you can eat and relax.
From the terrace, you will take steps to access the 8 X 4 m swimming pool with dome. It is not heated, but as soon as there is little sun, the dome heats the water. So from April it is possible to swim in it.
Right next to the swimming pool, there is a petanque court where you can practice various activities and perhaps discover new games: petanque, shuffleboard, molky, cornhole...
At the end of our land walk behind a fence 2 goats and chickens. They belong to our neighbour, but their presence amuses young and old.
Next to the garage is a tarmac area to be able to practice other activities. In the garage we have at your disposal a ping pong table and a football goal.
You have a large enough parking lot all around the house to be able to park up to 7 vehicles.
Our land is 2500 m², it is all wooded, with shaded places.
Ideal location
Our house is located just a few kilometers from the Puy du Fou and the town of Les Herbiers. It is close to the motorway. (1 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne, 1 hour from Nantes, 1 hour from the Green Venice)
Quiet nights
A small village with few houses, you will experience a moment of pause, out of time.
