About this villa rental
This spacious and bright contemporary house located at the end of a cul-de-sac will be the ideal place to meet up with family or friends. It can also accommodate company employees for seminars or conferences. The house, on one level, is built around the enclosed garden and the swimming pool, open in the summer season, giving the whole a zen and relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the main room with its beautiful volumes accommodates two sofas, a large screen TV, and a large designer table. There is no shortage of space to enjoy your stay comfortably.
On the night side, you will have a large master suite with dressing room, en-suite shower room and WC. Four additional bedrooms, a second shower room, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are in another wing of the house. Bed linen is provided, as is towels.
A bright patio completes the set, ideal place to rest or for the children to have their own space.
Finally, you will have 2 covered garages and a large parking space in addition, private and adjoining the house.
The house is friendly but it is important to respect our neighbours. For this purpose, a sound intensity detector has been installed to avoid possible nocturnal abuse.
For stays of one week and +, you will be asked to pay an uncashed security deposit if everything goes well and a rental contract will be drawn up.
