A Clean and Simple Retreat
Come find peace and relaxation at this simple country home. Located on a quiet road with easy access to Hunter and Windham towns and Ski resorts. Countless hiking options, lakes and other outdoor activities during the Spring, Summer and Fall. Imagine morning coffee on the large front covered porch while overlooking the newly rehabbed East Kill Creek (stocked with brown trout DEC).
The Space
Originally built in the late 1800s, this historical country home has been recently updated with an open floor plan on the first floor, finished in beautiful Bamboo floors and includes updated Culligan water system, Sub-zero refrigerator and propane Viking stove. There is also a Washer and Dryer located upstairs.

1 full size bed
3 twins (which includes a bunk bed)
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house and property. Adequate cell phone reception. Fiber optic Wi-Fi for all your needs, along with a binder full of area secrets and suggestions to keep you entertained and busy. My family enjoyed our stay at this vacation home for our ski trip to Windham. We had everything we needed to relax after a day of skiing. The kitchen had what we needed to cook our own meals and the hosts provided very clear instructions for our stay. I plan to book this rental house for future trips to this area and would highly recommend this vacation home.

My family and I stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and we had a blast! The house sits on a good quiet location, and we were able to get everywhere in a short amount of time. The house itself is very welcoming, and we made use of the fire pit outside. My kids loved it, even the older kids! Would definitely rent this place again.
