About this apartment rental
Newly renovated for the 2024 season. We have modernized this unit with all new interior doors, new HVAC system, and new LED TV’s in master bedroom and living area. The latest changes include a new master bath walk in shower and new kitchen tray ceiling with new LED recessed lighting. Unit is in excellent condition, wake up to the sounds of the ocean and walk out on the beach, or relax by the pool. Fantastic location close to Tanger outlet mall, golf courses, restaurants, etc. Covered parking, tennis courts, and security. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Within walking distance to the Apache Pier for fishing. Best built building on the Grand Strand, family oriented.

Balcony mesh interferd with view. Need to replace clock battery. All in all it was great. Decor and upgrades were very nice. Cantvwait til next year.

This condo is beautifully updated, comfortable, and spacious! The kitchen had an abundance of cooking utensils, cookware, small appliances (blender, coffee maker, toaster) and even storage containers! The large balcony gave us the perfect oceanfront view. Covered parking lot so much better than parking garage. We are repeat visitors! Perfect getaway!

The property at first appeared great. Until my family and I started not feeling well when we were inside. That's when we noticed mold on the registers and on the ceilings. Very nice otherwise. We just spent half our vacation sick. The property owner still has not responded to my correspondence.
