Everything but the smell in the apartment

This property was exactly as it was shown online . The location was great and the residents who live at this property were very nice . Ed , the security guard was very informative about the attractions and restaurants and made us feel welcome there.

The only thing I didn’t care for is that your only allowed one vehicle per HMO rules .

Location was good. Space was enough for everyone. We liked the place minus the few issues we faced. We would visit again and give it another shot.

Im very big on reading and writing reviews so here goes a other one. Im not sure if this applies to every unit because this was a private owner rental. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bath and showers because there was hair. The bath mat needs to be replaced. The curtains are broken in the living room and won't close on one side. Looking for dish detergent and realized there's a bowl under the kitchen sink that is catching water when the faucet is used. Didn't see online prior to booking that we needed our own each towels so had to buy those. First day at the pool and beach with no towels but we had fun. No comforter on bed in second bedroom. Had to go to Walmart for bed linen. Nothing to put on the sofa bed either. Washed the comforter in the master bedroom because it had a big stain on it. The rug on the patio hasn't been vacuumed in a long time so it has all kinds of hair on it and basically needs to be thrown away and replaced. There was no extra towels or wash clothes so we had to buy more. First time experiencing all of this. Have stayed at Seawatch many times in the past with no issues. Wanted to try something different. The space is cute and in a good area. We enjoyed ourselves regardless.
