Home was great. Our granddaughters loved the bunk house, crabbing off the dock, and views off the sunroom. There was plenty of space for everyone.Would definitely visit again. Kate was a pleasure to work with.

I had to get my coffee ready and sit down on my laptop because I wanted to focus on giving Kate and her amazing property the attention they so deserve for this review. The house and location- If you can believe it, the pictures do not do the house justice. Every room is tastefully decorated with a lot of thought and consideration to what people may need during their stay. When you walk in you get the views from the four season indoor sitting porch which is pretty spectacular. The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of sitting spaces both at the kitchen island, dining room table, and sitting room which are all close enough together that you can have your own space while still enjoying conversation and company from the other areas. The living room is comfortable and there are a ton of games for all ages to enjoy. The garage is full of helpful items as well as a ping pong table that we really enjoyed! Each bedroom is a good size with some of the highlights being the master bedroom on the second floor, the bunk bed/game room, and the master bedroom on the first floor. The master on the second floor has a side sitting area with a crib and couch. The windows open up to a beautiful view, but fear not the blinds close to make things perfectly blackout dark so your little one can get a full nights sleep (trust me ours slept so well with naps and bedtime!). The bathroom is spacious so we had an easy and dare I say fun time bathing our children in the large bathtub and enjoyed our own showers with the double shower head. The game room is so fun- foosball, two sets of bunk beds, toys in the closet, tv with video games, what more could you ask for? The master on the first floor had many additional items a family staying with a child would need such as a high chair, pack n play etc. We loved the outdoor area fire pit and enjoying kayaking and relaxing outside. Our first day there was a little rainy, windy and overcast but it truly did not matter as the views were great and the house had so much to offer. The location itself is very ideal- away from the chaos of other nearby towns/beaches but close enough to everything. There are also some really amazing restaurants nearby so we definitely got our seafood fix! About Kate- the entire booking process Kate was beyond helpful, responsive, and proactive. She truly cares about your visit and does everything in her power to help you enjoy your stay. Thank you Kate!!Overall summary- just book here!
