Come stay at "Bay Dreamer" - Amazing Sunsets! Perfectly located to nearby beach 1 mile away, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, water park, grocery stores and much more! Fish, crab, kayak or boat right from the house. Community pool. Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City all with a 20 mile radius - so much to do! Great for family groups. We have an elevator for easy access to all the levels. Also helps getting luggage and groceries to upper levels. ***Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends require a 3 night stay****

Our third Christmas in this house. We love love love everything about tje house, the host is always lovely and easy to get in touch with. Beautiful views from everywhere in the house. Looking forward to year #4

Our host answered all of our questions promptly which was very helpful. The home is beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the game room with the cozy seating and we even had a Christmas tree. We will be back next year.

I just returned from an AMAZING birthday celebration at Bay Dreamer!!! From the beginning, the process and communication with Tracey was very easy and efficient. She responded in a timely manner when answering any questions I had.
When we arrived at the house, my friends and I were beyond pleased. Although the pictures and video give a wonderful depiction of the house, seeing it in person is the only way to fully appreciate it. Simply stated, it is beautiful. The attention to detail is very intentional and carefully thought out. In addition, it is fully stocked with everything you can think of. needing. I could go on and on, but I will just say, BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! You will not be disappointed in the house or with your experience with Tracey, the owner. I almost didn’t want to give it a review because I wanted to keep it to myself!!!!
