Welcome to CasaSouthBethany by CasaDelaware! Our South Bethany home is a spacious and sun-drenched retreat designed specifically for large families or multi-family groups. We take pride in offering one of the most comfortable homes at the Delaware shore, combining upscale amenities with all the cozy conveniences of home.
This recently renovated 5-bedroom home features an expansive, multi-level layout that provides natural separation for kids and adults. Whether you are enjoying the breezes from the canal or taking the short two-block stroll to the beach, this home provides the perfect home base for a memorable South Bethany vacation.
Seasonal Stay & Pet Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our guests during the peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we primarily accept weekly rentals with a SATURDAY to SATURDAY rotation.
We know a family vacation is better with your four-legged friends, so we are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. Please include details about your dog in your inquiry so we can ensure a smooth stay.
Linen & Towel Information
Please note that linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. While we provide all pillows, comforters, and blankets, guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels.
If you would prefer to rent a linen package for your stay, we can refer you to a trusted local agency that provides high-quality linens at a reasonable cost and can deliver them directly to the house for your arrival.
Accommodation Details
The home is designed with three distinct levels to ensure everyone has their own quiet corner:
- Third Floor (Family Wing): Features two private bedrooms with Queen beds and a third "Bunk Room" with two bunk beds (Double-on-bottom, Single-on-top)—perfect for kids and teens.
- Main Floor (Master Suite): Features a premium King-sized bed and easy access to the kitchen and main living area.
- Ground Floor (Flexible Suite): Features a private bedroom with a high-quality Queen Bed and a premium foam topper for maximum comfort.
Amenities & Outdoor Features
- Private Dock: Your personal hub for fishing, crabbing, or simply watching the sunset over the canal.
- Boating & Kayaks: Two kayaks are provided for guest use. If you bring your own boat, you are welcome to tie it up directly at our dock.
- Outdoor Dining: Enjoy our brand-new Weber gas grill (New for 2026!) for family BBQs on the deck.
- Beach Essentials: A spacious outdoor shower is available to rinse off sand after a day at the beach (less than 2 blocks away).

Seasonal Stays: From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we primarily accept weekly rentals with a SATURDAY to SATURDAY schedule.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (Strictly enforced; $100 fee for late departures).
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years of age.
Pets: Dogs are permitted with prior approval and a $250 per pet fee.
Linens: We provide pillows and blankets; guests must bring their own sheets, towels, and paper products.
Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking, drug-free, and candle-free property.
Safety & Liability (Water Activity Waiver)
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that use of the private dock and kayaks is at their own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water.
- Use of life jackets (PFDs) is strongly recommended for all water activities.
- Guests bringing their own boat are responsible for safe mooring; owners are not liable for damage to vessels or the dock.

The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. There was an issue with the air conditioner, Ryan was at the house within an hour to try to find a solution. Overall great stay and can’t wait to go back.

Our annual trip to Bethany was great this year. The house is on the canal side for kayaking and fun water activities, and only a 4 min walk to the beach. The kids and parents all had a blast. The owner was also very responsive when we had one issue with the house. He addressed it immediately.Highly recommend this place.

Great spacious house in the convenient location. My family truly enjoyed our time staying at this house. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a well equipped house with access to water and walkable distance to the beach. Thank you!

My family had a wonderful time at this property! The house is even nicer than the photos and has all the necessities. Very clean and perfect location. We enjoyed sitting by the water on the back patio and walking to the beach (less than 10 minute walk). We are already talking about wanting to go back next year. Highly recommend!
