Working with Wilgus folks was a very smooth experience, all questions were answered when asked. The property is in great shape and no major issues were incurred. The property sits in the middle of the town of Fenwick Island, almost everything in this area it was walkable, convenient store, restaurants, family attractions, i.e. multiple restaurants, souvenirs stores, miniature golf, arcades, ice cream, go carts and a water park.

Wilgus has been easy to work with/book through for our summer rentals for the past several years. The house on S. Carolina Ave fits our family perfectly. Fenwick is a great place for families with young kids. Any issues that came up, the owner was very responsive!
