The room is a cozy studio attached to the home with its own private coded entrance. It has a King Size bed, Bathroom,
Microwave,Toaster, Coffee maker and refrigerator. It also includes cable TV and WiFi for your convenience. There is no stove or oven
There is a two acre, private tropical garden with a Pond House, overlooking a Koi Pond for your enjoyment and an authentic tea House for meditation.
The unit is only for adults age 25 and up.
No smoking . $250.00 fee if smoking has occurred
No drugs of any kind. Doing so will result in vacate order and police called .
Do not bring outside guests onto property or into unit without prior permission
The carport is for your use during your stay. Please be aware of backing out from carport.
Jeep wranglers, Vans and Trucks need to park in driveway. Not in the carport
We are usually on property if you need anything or have questions.

Great large studio in Volcano. Nice kitchenette, comfortable bed, surrounded by windows to the forest. Host has an amazing property with nature paths you must explore. 5 minute drive to some food options in town and 10 minute to Volcano park. Would recommend.

Unit is comfortable but small. Easy access to Volcano National Park. Host was very responsive and helpful. Small kitchenette space.

The location is wonderful, very convenient to Volcano National park We enjoyed being able to see the volcano at night. The grounds were beautiful and directions from the host made it easy to find the place. Just be aware that the room is quite musty and everything was damp (sheets, towels). If you're sensitive to that, like we are, you might prefer a different place.
