Windridge is a perfect 2-bedroom, 2-bath home featuring incredible views, a hot tub and outdoor garden shower. The home is nestled on a ridge overlooking Coral Bay, Hurricane Hole, East End of St John and the tiny island of Leduc.
Enjoy the spacious and breezy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for dining at home, on site washer & dryer and all the necessities you need for your home to feel comfortable and connected.
The luscious tropical garden is set out on a brick patio, furnished with a dining area, hot tub and gas powered BBQ grill.
The home is located just a mile and a half from Coral Bay, where you can provision, explore beaches and experience local dining.
Home Layout
The upper portion of the home consists of the primary bedroom (Queen bed), primary kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom, outdoor shower, open deck and garden patio with a hot tub.
The lower portion of the home is the 2nd bedroom, which has a small living space with couch and tv, bathroom w/ semi-private shower (see pictures), kitchenette and covered patio. This bedroom can have either a king or twin beds.

- Please note that there is a/c in the bedrooms only and not throughout the home.
- This home has a security camera pointed into the driveway.
- Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided for your convenience.
**Please be advised that the owner lives in a studio connected to the lower portion of the house. The area has a completely separate entrance from the rest of the house.
Important: Rates are based the amount of rooms that are booked/ how many guests you have. For example, if you only need one bedroom, your price will reflect as much and we will lock the 2nd bedroom downstairs.
A virtual guide is provided upon booking. The guide provides information about how to get to St. John, car rental suggestions, as well as restaurant, hiking and beach info. It will help eliminate a lot of research time on your end!

Loved our stay at Windridge, the views are amazing! The hot tub wasn't working during our stay but we were given a partial refund because of that. Home is clean. Hosts are very helpful, they delivered water during a power outage. We would love to visit again in the future!

Perfect 10! Clean, well supplied, & convenient! Just like home! Breath taking views!! Rented both top & bottom of house, which worked out perfectly for our bother. Loved our evening outside showers. Thank you Emma & Karen

Quiet side of the island. Great views especially at sunrise. Villa is beautiful. We only used the upstairs but it was a perfect getaway for two.

Windridge has everything we looked for in a St John cottage: great views, excellent lounge chairs for star gazing, hot tub, functioning TV, dishwasher and W/D. Even though the management company is off island, they sent a local person to resolve an issue when the island wide power outage caused some breakers in the box to trip off. The driveway is exceptionally steep but we got used to that.
