Fully refreshed with modern decor and upgrades throughout. All the amenities of home but with a view you can only find on St. John. Island Power loss? No worries! This house has a 20 KW Perkins whole house generator.

Five minutes from Coral Bay shops, grocery, and restaurants,

Ten minutes away from famous North Shore beaches like Francis, Maho, Trunk, Cinnamon and Hawksnest.

Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct total number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.

We had a wonderful stay on St. John! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the host was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. And you cannot beat the view of coral bay!

We had a 10/10 experience staying here for our honeymoon. JP met us at the Jeep place to pick up our vehicle (Sunshines also 10/10 they met us at the ferry to pick up), and JP let us have time to shop at the market first before heading to the house. He was so welcoming, and they even had a few things of food for us from North Shore Deli (also a must go to place, great food for sandwiches, drinks and cold pastas to take to the beach). The place itself was incredibly clean, neat, and the views were as good as the pictures! The kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of extra towels and toilet paper. We had beach chairs and coolers (multiple sizes) for us to take to the beach (super nice to have), plus beach towels. The washer and dryer is also nice. The drive up the mountain is intense no doubt, you definitely need a 4x4 vehicle, it’s very very steep. But once you drive up for the 3-4min it’s definitely worth it. Great views. It was too cold to swim in the pool so we didn’t, but it’s lit up and clean, and great view. We used the grill 2x. The property is very private and you can’t really see any other building around you. If we came back we definitely would stay here again! The only weird thing was the split level, you have to go outside and walk up/down stairs to get to the other half (main level is kitchen, bathroom, living room, second level down stairs is the 2 rooms and bathroom and washer/dryer). Awesome place!!

Our family just returned from this great property. The views are just as shown if not better. We greatly appreciated all the little details (beach items including towels, chairs, coolers, ice packs, snorkel equipment), fully stocked kitchen, binoculars, etc. There were a couple of minor items but the great communication with the property management company more than made up for it. The outdoor grill was a key piece for us as we bought fresh steaks and seafood (Calabash Market) and enjoyed a couple of nice home dinners grilling while the kiddos splashed around in the pool overlooking a gorgeous sunset. I would recommend an SUV for height and traction for better navigation of the roads…Overall, this property certainly meet and surpassed our expectations!

The plant growth around pool area is over grown and blocks the view of Coral Bay. On the first floor the area that looked like it use to be a screened in porch needs more lighting. Just the two lights in the corner is not enough. There should be some overhead lights especially over the table in the room.
