About this villa rental
Melding the best of the old and the new Coral Haven is a solar powered Multi-level Caribbean Villa painted in soft Caribbean colors that catch the eastern sunrises. With a soaring 2 story open floor plan kitchen and entertaining space. Utilizing the traditional style of Island building these soaring ceilings allow for high up windows and low sliders and windows on all four sides allowing for gentle cooling breezes, no matter which direction the winds are coming from......all while enjoying the amazon alexa music while sipping your iced beverage of choice (fridge with ice maker)
The fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and gas range cooking featuring a view of Coral Bay takes the "chore" out of making meals.
Indoor and covered outdoor dinning areas with gas grill and both stoneware for indoor and a complement of unbreakable plates and drink- ware take any worries out of outdoor dining or poolside refreshment.
Trio of glass sliders opening onto covered patio with view of the valley sweeping into Coral Bay allowing you to enjoy the Caribbean scene and lush gardens from inside or out.
Coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender (hey you're on vacation have Pina- Colada), microwave and toaster oven.
High ceiling-ed traditional Caribbean style great room , curving into interior dining area and spiral staircase that leads to master bedroom with queen sized bed, on-suite bath and sliders onto a Juliet balcony.
First floor bedroom and adjoining full bath and queen bed, dresser and large closet in shades of dappled Caribbean blue with easy access for all living areas.
Situated in Coral Bay with close proximity to markets, island dining and shops. The hardest daily decision may be whether to lounge in the conversation area by by the salt water pool (with lights for evening pool enjoyment) or take the short drive to explore the world famous North Shore, East End or South Shore beaches. We even supply folding beach chairs for your use along with beach towels.
Well lit and camera monitored parking area with a dozen lighted stairs down to the front door and pool area. With multiple access points to pool the house is not suited to children under 13.
Fully furnished with bed linens, towels, maps of local interests and beach towels provided. Washer and dryer available (clothes line available if you like that sun-kissed fresh air smell to your towels - and we often find line drying faster than the dryer..). First Aid kit in downstairs bath.
There are 2 studio apartments with quite long term renters below that have separate entrances from the VRBO rented 2 bedroom apartment , the pool would only be used by the VRBO renters.

Well stocked home, comfortable furniture with plenty of room for my husband & I & two of our cousins. Large outside deck with dining table & separate sitting area facing the bay. Pool area with loungers, lots of pool floaties.Host lives downstairs & greeted us warmly on our arrival to show us the property.

Everything was great for Maria and I. My only concern is the water pressure upstairs and then of course, just getting a new grill. I was able to relax and unwind for two weeks. I love not having air conditioning and the trade winds blowing thru out the entire house, cooling it down. We love the view from the porch, we love the full sized kitchen and all the other ancillary things provided, i.e, cooler, floaties, snorkeling gear, that we didnt have to purchase. I slept every night like I was dead. It was very peaceful and we would definitely come back.Again, my only recommendation is getting a pressure pump to facilitate getting enough water pressure to upstairs and a new grill. These are very easy fixes. I realize that others will probably complain about the road to the house, but in my opinion, it was no big deal and thats why you rent a Jeep.All in all we enjoyed our stay and we love St John.

Coral Haven was perfect for our family of three. The house has everything, and then some. We appreciated the full kitchen, which had every size pot and pan imaginable (we cooked dinner 4 of 6 nights). The kitchen is well stocked with all glasses and plates needs; we even used the blender to make our own Painkillers. The rooms are spacious and well appointed; the bathrooms are roomy and the showers all worked well. We loved the outdoor spaces around the patio and pool deck. The furnishings were so tasteful and we appreciated the laid-back charm. The view towards Coral Bay is memorable. Thanks for the great vacation home!
